1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Coordinator, QAQC
Reports to: Manager, IFM
Function / Division: General Services Department
Department / Section: GSD- IFM
Location: Abu Dhabi- Al Maryah Island, Al Sarab Tower

  

  1. JOB PURPOSE:

Ensure the quality of the site/project installations is consistent with company policy requirements together with national and international standards and the company specifications.

Monitoring and improving upon the quality of services provided. Tests, measures, and evaluates services such as (MEP Maintenance, Catering, Cleaning, Pest Control..etc..). Maintain projects and minor modification records, relevant warranties, assist registration, and up to date FM procedures and standards.

 

 

  1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Maintain Quality management plan.
  • Establish and monitor Project Quality KPIs through each phase.
  • Establish and manage the Project Quality Assurance processes including audits, reviews, etc., in order to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Ensure follow up and appropriate close out of all review actions items.
  • Provide Quality Assurance/ Controls support to FM team.
  • Provides early feedback to the Manager IFM on any issues, potential delays or interface problems.
  • Liaise on quality matters with contractor.
  • Maintain Quality assurance/control procedure.
  • Performing walk down inspection and completing punch lists.
  • Ensure all quality assurance/control documentation is compiled and completed in a timely matter and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify and control all NCRs.

 

  1. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

  • Diploma in any engineering level; civil, mechanical, electromechanical or equivalent
  • Bachelor degree in engineering is preferred

 

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • 3 years’ of relevant experience in quality control with exposure to office fit out work related and office space management
  • Computer skills.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • Liaising /approval with contractors & supplier to ensure works given/carried out & documentation is at the correct quality standard.
  • To be main focal point for al special tasks control documentation development inline with AGT/AT/ADNOC standards/policies /procedures.
  • Developing reports to evaluate performance within IFM & Special Task.
